Welcome Home Crawford Family.

When we met the Crawford family they were living split between Arizona and Utah. You can only imagine the fun that was. Poor Heidi was managing a household and 4 kids all on her own in Utah and Mikhail was working insane hours here in Arizona and traveling back to Utah to be with his family as much as he could on the weekends. Doesn't sound like much fun does it! They lived this way for several months.

We helped them narrow down their search area and determined that for the size of house they were looking for, the commute to Mikhail's work and the lifestyle they were wanting, Maricopa was going to be a great fit for them. We found a beautiful home in Maricopa. This was such a great win for both the seller and the Crawfords. The seller had previously had the house under contract but it fell out because their previous buyer couldn't qualify for the loan. The Crawfords stepped in and presented them with a great offer that the sellers were happy to except. The best part was that our appraisal came back and the Crawfords already have equity in the home that they have purchased.

After months of living apart, a truck breakdown on the way here, and all the other stress that comes along with a cross state move, we finally got the Crawfords to the signing table and the next day we got them into their new beautiful home. The sellers were just great too! They left the property move in ready and even left them a couple of treats in the refrigerator. Can't ask for a better ending than that!
