Construction Starts at New Subdivision - Cadence at Gateway in East Mesa

NEW COMMUNITY TO BREAK GROUND THIS MONTH CADENCE AT GATEWAY

Just wanted to share some exciting news for the City of Mesa! They will be breaking ground on a new development project at SR-24 & Ray Road, Cadence at Gateway this month. This community will be adjacent to Eastmark which has been developed in phases over the past 2 years between Ellsworth and Signal Butte at Ray.

Phase 1 at Cadence at Gateway will feature over 600 home sites on over 460 acres which will be available in 2017. This community will have over 12 miles of walking trails and each home will be within 500 feet of this network linking the various parks to the Square. The Square will be the community center and offer flexible spaces for business meetings, weddings, events, relaxation and entertaining. The community center will also have a resort style pool featuring a water slide, fountain, play pool and lap pool along with a spa and outdoor firepits. The parks will include a dog park for the resident dog owners and lovers, tennis courts, a fitness center and a cafe.

The location is newly developed and surrounded by tons of new amenities including Movie Theaters, restaurants, malls, hospitals, ASU's Polytec Campus and so much more. The Cadence at Gateway community will be in close proximity to 13 schools with Phase 2 including a new neighborhood school within the Queen Creek School District, one of the highest ranking districts in the State. More retail and services will be located along Cadence Parkway as well as the project continues to develop. Plans to expand on Eastmark's retail land will also be coming up in the next few years. Plans include grocery stores as well as restaurants and other businesses at Ray and Ellsworth.
