1.  Power Ranch Community Gilbert AZ 85297
Located between Higley Road and Power Road, between Pecos and Queen Creek Roads in southeast Gilbert.
Power Ranch is a 5000 home development that offers a wide range of price points and housing types for residents from condos, apartments, starter homes up to "low end luxury" priced at $600000.
