The real estate market is still doing well on the path towards recovery as we come to the end of summer in the next few weeks. The
Cave Creek real estate market is one of our strongest markets in the valley. This last month there have been 51 single family homes sold for an average price of $396,335 after 66 days on the market. The median price is $385,000 and median days on market is 48. What the median means in relation to real estate is that half of the properties sold in July were below that $385,000 price point and faster then 48 days on the market while another half sold above $385,000 and took longer then 48 days on the market.
