Holiday Wish List

With Thanksgiving past already, the world is changing slightly to prepare for the holiday season.  Shoppers are already flooding the streets and stores preparing for the joy and inherent stress of December. 

For me, it's business as usual as we enter into the holiday season.  So many people preparing to begin the new year in their new digs have me pretty busy finding homes to meet the New Year's goals of my clients, becoming home owners!  

Here is what is on my shopping wish list if you will, I have buyers with the following needs:

• For Mr. & Mrs. Tirado - a beautiful home in Tarantini Estates in Scottsdale (92nd St & Cactus) to be near the grand kids
• For Ms. Sanborn & Mr. Hansen, a cute 3-4 bedroom home in Gilbert, Chandler or Ahwatukee under $210,000 as a starter home for a young family.
• For Mr & Mrs. Rodriguez - A 5 bedroom home with a loft in San Tan Valley, preferably with a 3-car garage and a pool under $160,000.
• For Ms. Carter - A starter home/condo to turn into an investment property in 5 years under $100,000.  Preferably near the Cardinals stadium, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert or Desert Ridge.
• For Ms. Walker - A 4 bedroom home in San Tan Valley or Queen Creek for her family under $100,000.
• For Dison Property Management - A 3 bedroom home in Maryvale, 1200-1400 square feet with 2 bathrooms under $70,000.
