Trilogy is a unique community to the southeast Gilbert area. It is nestled into the Queen Creek wash and offers seclusion from the bustling world around the community.  Trilogy is an age restricted community (55+) that features  biking and walking paths, a wonderful clubhouse, community tennis courts, media rooms, heated community pool with spa, 18 hole championship golf course and transportation services for the residents.  The community also has wonderful views of the San Tan Mountains.


As far as real estate is concerned, this area has been largely unaffected by the short sale phenomenon.  Because of all the private amenities, this area also has a substantial difference in value from Power Ranch - close to $60.00 per square foot difference.  There is also a vast difference in the time each property is marketed.  I can attribute the length of time to the specific niche that this community caters to.
